Terri Mitchell

Terri Mitchell is the Founder and CEO of Accelerate Success, an initiative aimed at supporting women in STEM through community building and mentorship. In addition to leading this program, Mitchell serves on the Board of Regents at Le Moyne College and is a member of the ERIE21 Advisory Board, focusing on addressing poverty and workforce needs in Syracuse, NY. Mitchell holds the position of Engineering Advisory Board Member at Elon University and previously worked as Managing Director at FalconStor Software. With a lengthy career at IBM, Mitchell was instrumental in various mergers and acquisitions that significantly enhanced the company's offerings and market position. Mitchell’s educational background is from Le Moyne College.
