Conor McGuire is an experienced compliance professional with a robust background in the financial services sector. As the Head of Compliance at Lendable since July 2018, Conor oversees key compliance functions. Prior employment includes various leadership roles at Vanquis Bank from February 2005 to June 2018, including Head of Compliance and Compliance Manager, demonstrating a strong commitment to compliance and customer experience. Conor's career began at Stena Line, where roles included Contact Centre Manager and Team Manager from September 1996 to January 2005. Conor holds a Master's degree in Management Studies from Canterbury Christ Church University and has further education in Lean Thinking and Social Sciences.
