Harold Bennett is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in consumer lending regulations and compliance management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Consumer Compliance at Lendable, Harold provides expertise on regulations such as TILA, ECOA, and UDAAP, and has authored over 50 compliance policies to ensure alignment with federal and partner bank requirements. Previously, as the Director of Compliance at EasyKnock, Harold built a comprehensive compliance management system and developed a complaints management system to enhance regulatory readiness. Harold also held the position of Head of Compliance at Apple Bank, overseeing the compliance for various consumer lending and deposit products, and played a pivotal role in streamlining mortgage functions while ensuring regulatory compliance at State Department Federal Credit Union. Harold began a career in compliance at Buckingham Mortgage Corporation, managing a team and ensuring adherence to federal and state laws.
