Michael Brown

Michael Brown is a Learning and Development professional with nearly twenty years of experience in people development practices. Michael currently serves as the Head of Learning at Lendable, having previously led learning initiatives at D&D London and Vanquis Bank. Throughout their career, Michael has focused on modernizing learning design and delivery, implementing impactful learning strategies, and enhancing employee development through data-driven interventions. Michael's early education was completed at Robert Napier Secondary School in Gillingham, Kent.
