Morgan Phillips

Morgan Phillips is a Data Scientist currently employed at Lendable and has a strong foundation in data science and research. With prior experience as a Student Researcher at the University of Cambridge Physiology, Development and Neuroscience Department and the Institute of Metabolic Science, Morgan conducted significant research on Gestational Diabetes Mellitus and contributed to the Genetics of Obesity Study under the guidance of Professor Sadaf Farooqi. At Pepper Money UK, Morgan worked as a Data Science Graduate in the Credit Risk team, where notable achievements included the development of a self-service forecasting tool and a prepayment predictive model, as well as recognition as Rising Star of the Year at the Welsh Stem Awards. Morgan's tenure at Hodge involved pioneering machine learning initiatives across the business. Educational qualifications include a Postgraduate Diploma in Applied Data & AI and MSci in Systems Biology from the University of Cambridge.
