Tom Szyman

Tom Szyman is an experienced operations manager with a demonstrated history in strategic planning and operational excellence. Currently, at Lendesk since April 2019, Tom has focused on long-term initiatives aligned with company objectives. Previously, Tom held various roles at Caffè Artigiano from September 2014 to April 2019, culminating in the position of Multi Unit Operations Manager, where responsibilities included human resource strategy and performance management. Tom's educational background includes a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and International Relations from Northumbria University, along with A Levels in Political Science and Government & English Literature.
