Josh C.

Josh C. has a wealth of experience in DevOps engineering and cloud architecture. Josh began their career in 2003 as a Systems & Network Administrator at Appalachian Technologies Inc, where they performed Linux and network administration for a rural ISP. In 2009, they became the owner of Curtis Information Technologies, where they provided Windows and Linux administration, SMB networks, hospitality wifi installations, virtualization, business continuity, web hosting and development, and process automation. In 2010, they joined American City Business Journals as a DevOps Engineer/Senior Systems Administrator, where they took on an architectural role and mentored junior admins. Josh was also part of the AWS migration team and handled security compliance issues with applications. In 2017, they became the DevOps Manager at Commerce Signals, where they automated infrastructure deployment via Terraform and optimized and maintained CI/CD pipeline in Atlassian Bamboo. Finally, in 2021, they joined Lendflow as the Senior DevOps Engineer/Manager, where they have hired two additional engineers and manages containerized, serverless cloud infrastructure as well as oversees infrastructure and endpoint security.

Josh C. attended Appalachian State University from 2001 to 2003, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science.
