Tracy Moore, CBPA has been working in the business development and sales sector since 2001. Tracy began their career as a Regional Account Manager at BFI, Inc. in 2001. In 2004, they joined Insperity as a Certified Business Performance Advisor, where they were part of the 2011 1 Million Dollar Club and achieved the title of Certified Business Performance Advisor in 2013. In 2016, they moved to G&A Partners as a Business Advisor, then to Radius | Global Growth Experts as a Director of Sales in 2017. In 2018, they became an Independent Consultant as a Senior Consultant. In 2020, they worked as a Senior Business Consultant at SolveHR and as a Business Development Manager, offering sales and business development support for clients in the Ecommerce sector. Currently, they are a Funding Sales Manager at Lendflow and a Business Development Manager, again offering sales and business development support for clients in the Ecommerce sector.

Tracy Moore, CBPA, obtained a Bachelor's degree in International Business from Illinois State University between 1988 and 1992. During 1991, they also completed a Study Abroad Semester at Paderborn University in International Business. In 2012, they obtained the Certified Business Performance Advisor certification from the University of Houston, C.T. Bauer College of Business.
