Jan Tägtström

Jan Tägtström is the Chief Technology Officer at Lendify. Jan has over fifteen years of experience in the financial industry, with a focus on technology.

Jan started their career as a consultant at OnTrax AB, where they worked for three years. Jan then moved to Ekonomistyrningsverket, where they were responsible for starting the migration to move business logic from the database to .net. Jan worked as a consultant there for six years.

In 2013, they became the Head of Group Business Applications at Hoist Finance. In this role, they were responsible for the strategy, implementation, and maintenance of all applications across all countries. Some of their notable accomplishments include introducing a new collection platform, creating a new data warehouse platform, and setting up a Centre of Excellence in Poland.

Jan left Hoist Finance in 2019 to become the Chief Technology Officer at Lendify. In this role, they are responsible for the overall technical strategy and execution of the company.

Jan Tägtström has a TOGAF certification in Information Technology from iCMG. Jan also has a certification in Architect's Master Class from IDesign in IT-architecture. In addition, they are a Certified Scrum Master from Citerus and a Certified IT-architect from Dataföreningen in IT-architecture. Finally, they have an Eng degree in Computer and signal engineering from Dalarna University and a Secondary degree in Electrical engineering from Soltorgsskolan Borlänge.

They work with Erik Wikander - Chief Product Officer, Vincent Kolb - Chief Credit Officer, and Hanna Bjurström - Deputy CEO & Chief Legal Officer. Their manager is Magnus Linnersand, CEO & CFO.
