Mark Ortiz

Mark Ortiz possesses extensive experience in commercial lending and real estate acquisition, currently serving at CloverLeaf Commercial Lending since March 2009, where expertise in market dynamics facilitates optimal lender-borrower matches. Mark also leads wholesale mortgage lending at Lending3, Inc., offering diverse FHA, VA, and Non-QM programs, including a unique FHA Down Payment Assistance option. Prior to these roles, Mark was the Owner and Business Development Manager at Avalanche Group LLC, successfully establishing a sub-prime wholesale mortgage operation that funded over $20 million in loans annually. Mark holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from New Mexico State University.
