Jill Olmstead has extensive experience in the human resources field, serving in various executive roles in renowned corporations such as Wachovia Corporation and LendingTree. Currently, Jill holds board member positions in multiple companies like Barings Private Credit Corporation and Barings Capital Investment Corporation. Additionally, Jill is the Founding Partner of Spivey and Olmstead, a talent and leadership consulting firm. Jill Olmstead also holds a MA in Human and Organizational Behavior from Fielding Graduate University and a BS in Business from Clemson University.
