Sushanth Kancharla

Sushanth Kancharla has extensive experience in the field of quality assurance and test engineering. Sushanth started their career as a QA Analyst at Long Beach Mortgage Corporation in 2003 and later worked as a QA Lead at New Century Mortgage. In 2005, they joined Bank of America as a QA Lead, where they led the testing efforts for retail web applications and worked on rebranding and system conversion projects. From 2009 to 2013, Sushanth served as the Director of Quality Assurance at Green Dot Corporation, where they built and led a highly productive QA team. Sushanth then moved on to Cornerstone OnDemand as the Director of QA, responsible for transforming QA processes and expanding automation coverage. Currently, Sushanth is serving as the Senior Director of Test Engineering at LendingTree, where they oversee the test engineering department.

Sushanth Kancharla completed their BTech in Electronics & Communications Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University between 1995 and 1999. Sushanth then pursued their M.S in Computer Engineering from the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth from 2000 to 2002.
