Matt Esterman

Matt Esterman is an experienced operations and customer experience executive with a background in managing call centers and eCommerce contact centers. Currently serving as Vice President of Operations at Lendly, LLC since March 2021, Matt previously held roles at Check Into Cash, including Senior Director of Call Center Services and Director of eCommerce Call Center Operations, where responsibilities included loan processing, customer service, and team leadership. Prior to that, Matt gained valuable experience at Suddenlink Communications and Axcess Financial, managing operations, workforce management, and customer care teams. Matt also contributed to the community as Director of Referees for the Greenhills SAY Soccer program. Educational background includes studies at the University of Indianapolis and Monrovia High School.
