Shawn Fields

Shawn Fields has a diverse and extensive work experience. Shawn is currently the Vice President of Marketing at Lendly, LLC since January 2022. Prior to this, they held the same position at Sweetwater from June 2019 to December 2021. In 2018, Shawn worked as the Chief Marketing Officer on a fractional assignment at Aeroseal, a heating and air technology start-up in Dayton, OH. Their role involved developing and executing their first-ever B2C Go-to-Market plan, establishing brand and messaging guidelines, and providing executive leadership and strategic direction.

Before Aeroseal, Shawn served as the Vice President of Digital Marketing at Protective Life from December 2016 to September 2018. Shawn was responsible for leading digital marketing strategy and execution. From December 2014 to December 2016, they worked as the Director of Digital Marketing at TEMPOE, overseeing a team in multiple offices and leading digital initiatives.

Prior to that, Shawn held the position of Assistant Vice President of Digital Marketing at First Financial Bank from August 2012 to November 2014. During their tenure, they led digital marketing strategy and execution, developed and executed digital marketing campaigns, and implemented enterprise CMS, marketing automation, and analytics systems to drive personalization and higher online conversions.

Before their roles in the corporate sector, Shawn founded and served as the Chief Marketing Officer at SolAir Digital Marketing Consulting, a Dayton-based digital agency from October 1998 to July 2012. Shawn provided marketing and e-commerce solutions to various Fortune 500 clients, technology start-ups, and entertainment clients.

Shawn also founded Getsigned.com, Inc. in January 1996, where they served as the Founder and CEO until May 2012. Getsigned.com was one of the first online communities for musicians and a music goods retailer catering to recording artists and music industry startups.

From 1997 to 2002, Shawn Fields attended Wright State University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
