Xavier Lang-Claes has a diverse work experience in the financial industry. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Consultant for IT projects on a self-employed basis from 2018 to 2021.

Xavier also served as the Operations Director at URICA Limited from 2016 to 2018, where they oversaw the implementation of a technology solution designed to stimulate SME growth by injecting cash into supply chains. Before that, they worked as a Project Manager at CODIX SA from 2010 to 2016, managing the implementation of an integrated Commercial Finance and Debt collection solution.
