Walt Agius

Walt Agius is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the credit union and lending technology sectors. Currently serving as a Business Development Executive at Lendsys, LLC since February 2008, Walt was one of the original developers of the company's loan origination software platform. Previous roles include CEO of CU SOL, LLC from February 2018 to February 2024, where Walt facilitated collaborative product development for credit unions, and President/CEO of California Bear Credit Union from July 2003 to March 2007, overseeing significant projects that enhanced the credit union's financial health. Additional leadership positions include serving as President/CEO of Chartway Financial Services and Liberty Advanced Solutions, and as VP of Corporate Development at the California Credit Union League. Walt holds a BS and MBA in Business from online university programs, along with certifications in league management and trade association management from the University of Wisconsin.
