Frank Piazza

Frank Piazza possesses extensive experience in operations and management across various industries. Currently serving as General Manager of Global Professional Services, Technical Support & Training at Carrier Fire & Security since February 2018, Frank previously held the role of Director of Operations & Product Fulfillment for SSRN at Elsevier from January 2017 to February 2018. Prior to that, Frank was the Global Director of Professional Services & Support at Pharos Systems International, overseeing technical service delivery from July 2011 to January 2017. Frank's career began at Concentrix, where leadership roles spanned from Director of Materials & Procurement to Account Executive. Educational qualifications include an M.B.A. from Rochester Institute of Technology, a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute, a B.S. in Business Economics from SUNY Brockport, and participation in the Bruce Peters Leadership Class.
