Ryan Becker is a seasoned software engineer with extensive experience at LenelS2 since May 2005, progressing from Associate Software Engineer to Principal Software Engineer. Key achievements include the development of OpenAccess, a modern C++ REST API for the OnGuard product, and the introduction of Google Test/Mock for unit testing. Prior roles involved transitioning to a full-stack developer and contributing to foundational JavaScript frameworks and early single-page web applications. Earlier experience includes software engineering roles at Compendium, where Ryan developed a WYSIWYG form designer, and two co-op positions at Bose Corporation, focusing on the Lifestyle home theater system. Ryan holds a BS and MS in Computer Science from Rochester Institute of Technology and an AS in Computer Science from Monroe Community College.
