Scott Hicks is a skilled professional with extensive experience in engineering and software development, currently serving as a Staff Engineer at LenelS2 since June 2022, after a brief tenure in the same role at Everactive from March to June 2022. Previously, Scott held positions at LenelS2 as a Staff Software Engineer and Senior UI Development Engineer from March 2018 to March 2022, and at icitizen as a Senior Application Developer, among other roles, from September 2015 to March 2018. Scott began their career in academia as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign from August 2014 to June 2015 and as a Graduate Student at Purdue University from June 2009 to May 2014, where teaching duties and research in Inorganic Chemistry were undertaken. Scott earned a PhD in Inorganic Chemistry from Purdue University and a BS in Biochemistry from the University of Cincinnati.
