Capitalising on the experience of professor Raffaele Lener as liquidator appointed by the Italian resolution authorities for banks and investment firms, the Firm has developed a strong insolvency and restructuring expertise.

We work as an independent firm on a collaborative basis with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer to provide Italian financial regulatory advice to our shared clients.
