Debra Chong

Debra Chong is the Co-Founder, Chairperson and CEO of Lenos Software. Debra has over 20 years of experience as a lawyer, specializing in e-commerce, privacy, technology ventures and corporate matters.

Debra began their career as a Senior Attorney with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC) from 1978 to 1985. Debra then worked as a Senior Associate with Lillick McHose and Charles from 1985 to 1987, before becoming a Partner with LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby and MacRae from 1987 to 1992. From 1992 to 1994, they served as Partner (Counsel) with Bronson, Bronson and McKinnon. Debra then spent three years as a Partner with Graham and James from 1994 to 1997, before joining Luce Forward Hamilton Scripps as a Partner from 1997 to 1999.

In 1999, Debra Chong co-founded Lenos Software, where they currently serve as Chairperson and CEO. Under their leadership, Lenos Software has become a leading provider of software solutions for the legal industry.

Debra Chong attended Lowell High School. Debra then went on to study at Boston University, where they earned a BA in Sociology and Psychology. After working in banking for a few years, they attended the Pacific Coast Banking School at the University of Washington. Finally, they pursued their Juris Doctor at Georgetown University Law Center.
