Aman Kumar

Aman Kumar is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the APJ Talent Intelligence Partner and Executive Search Partner for Lenovo since October 2019, focusing on recruiting top executive talent for the APAC market. Previously, Aman worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist in the Infrastructure Solutions Group, leading end-to-end recruitment while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. Before joining Lenovo, Aman was an HR Consultant at Make My Trip from October 2018 to August 2019, where responsibilities included managing the full recruitment process for the non-technical business across India. Aman holds a B.Com (H) in Business and Human Resource from Ansal University, completed in 2018.
