Darrell Brauner

Darrell Brauner, CCP, GRP, currently serves as the Executive Director of Global Compensation Programs at Lenovo, a position held since March 2015. With extensive experience in compensation and benefits across various industries, previous roles include VP of International Compensation & Benefits at Genworth Financial and several leadership positions at Lenovo, including Director of Executive Compensation & Global Equity Programs. Darrell's earlier career includes significant roles at Patheon Inc., Sony Ericsson, and Ericsson, demonstrating a strong background in global compensation strategy, executive compensation, and HR management. Darrell holds a BBA in Finance and HR Management from Stephen F. Austin State University and completed further education at UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School.
