Derek Noether is an experienced executive in organization development, currently serving as the Executive Director and Global Head of Organization Development at Lenovo since January 2018. In this role, Derek designs and implements global programs that enhance organizational effectiveness. Additionally, Derek has been an ITSG Member Representative for the Information Technology Survey Group since April 2019. From January 2018 to May 2024, Derek held the position of Certified Professional Coach at North Carolina State University, partnering with business leaders to align purpose and potential. Prior experience includes leadership roles in organization development at IQVIA, strategic consulting at Booz Allen Hamilton, and business process analysis at Qualcomm. Derek holds a Bachelor of Arts in Organizational Communication from Pepperdine University, a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Alliant International University, and a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from the University of San Diego.
