Previously, Erico held the role of HR Lead for the Hong Kong, Taiwan, Singapore, and Philippines markets within the International Sales Organisation, where strategic initiatives were implemented to enhance employee engagement and retention. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner for Hutchison E-Commerce Ltd. and serving as Assistant Manager for HR & Talent Development. Erico holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Hong Kong Baptist University and completed a coaching program at Erickson Coaching International in 2023.
