Grisel Toro

Grisel Toro is a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as the LAS Talent Acquisition Manager at Lenovo since October 2025. Grisel's extensive experience includes managerial roles at Korn Ferry, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing a team of 15, managing recruitment across Latin America, and focusing on high-level positions in various sectors. Prior experience includes significant roles in HR and recruitment at Auren Argentina, CONEXIONHR, D.O.T. A, COVEDISA, and Pharus, with a strong emphasis on sourcing and selecting candidates across multiple disciplines.
