Ron Mitchell has extensive experience in the contact center and operations management sectors, currently serving as the Director IT Worldwide Contact Centers Business Transformation & Operations at Lenovo since April 2011. In this senior leadership role, Ron holds full accountability for the implementation of over 50 global contact center sites, supporting 150 countries, and leading IT initiatives for eSupport and eComm web services. Prior to Lenovo, Ron held the position of Regional Director, Pacific Reservations at Delta Air Lines, where responsibilities included directing call center operations across seven Pacific countries and managing a multimillion-dollar budget. Additionally, Ron served as Regional Manager – Operations and Sales Performance at Northwest Airlines, where success was achieved in maximizing key performance indicators and enhancing operational efficiency. Ron holds a BA in Business Administration from Evangel University, earned in 1989.
