Lenox West Capital (LWC) is focused on acquiring and developing both traditional multifamily and alternative housing strategies, including Build-to-Rent (BTR), across high-growth markets in the Sunbelt. LWC drives value through three core investment strategies:

• Thematic LP Capital: LWC provides limited partner joint venture capital to owner-operators and developers with targeted, thematic investment strategies. Focused on residential value-add and opportunistic investments in rapidly growing Sunbelt markets, these partnerships aim to deliver long-term compounding returns and capital appreciation.

• Co-GP Capital: LWC partners with experienced real estate sponsors by providing deal-by-deal and programmatic co-GP equity, as well as growth capital, for residential value-add and opportunistic investments. While the firm’s core focus is on market-rate multifamily and Build-to-Rent communities, it also invests in nontraditional housing segments, including modular construction, micro-units, adaptive reuse, and single-family rentals.

• Real Estate Technology Fund: Private Equity and Venture Capital Fund with a strong focus on property and construction technology investments, and real estate oriented private equity M&A strategies, preferably involving the housing sector.
