Lens Academy is making AI Safety education and career guidance accessible to everyone. We do this in three main ways:

1) We run AI safety courses with no gatekeeping. That means no applications and no rejections. Everyone who wants to upskill and learn more gets the opportunity to do so.

2) We built and run Lens Coach, an AI Safety careers and impact coach that works with your own individual situation to come up with actionable, high leverage plans for making a difference in AI Safety.

3) We host a thriving discord community, where you can come to discuss key concepts in AI safety, find collaborators and share what you're working on. We're especially strong for discussion around superintelligence x-risk.
