Éva Pukler

Éva Pukler has been working in the tech industry since 2015. Éva began their career as the President and Vice President of Human Resources for ESTIEM LG Budapest. In 2017, they moved to evosoft as a Scrum Master, where they were responsible for facilitating daily scrums, stand-ups, and meetings to monitor project progress and resolve any issues the team may be experiencing. In 2018, they became an Agile Coach for Play'n GO, where they were responsible for planning, leading, organizing, and motivating agile project teams to achieve a high level of performance and quality in delivering video and grid slot casino game projects. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Lensa as a Scrum Master, where they are responsible for the education and facilitation of their scrum teams on agile processes, coaching the team members to follow Scrum practices, and collaborating with the Product Owners and with the Management to help them further enhance their processes.

Éva Pukler has a diverse educational background. Éva is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Degree in Business and Executive Coaching from Corvinus University of Budapest. Prior to this, they obtained a Master's degree in Marketing from Budapest University of Technology and Economics in 2019, and a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the same institution in 2018. Éva also holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from Budapest University of Technology and Economics, which they obtained in 2016. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained several certifications, including Leader as a Coach from Business Coach Kft. in 2020, JIRA Administrator from META-INF | Atlassian Platinum Enterprise Solution Partner in 2019, Agile Leadership from Sprint Consulting Llc. in 2018, and Advanced Scrum Master from Sprint Consulting Llc. in 2018.
