Bill Baker

Bill Baker is a Clinical Application Specialist at LENSAR, Inc. since July 2023, bringing extensive experience from a long tenure at Sightpath Medical, where Bill served as Director of Operations for the Central United States from May 2004 to July 2023. In that role, Bill oversaw the staffing and fiscal management of mobile and fixed Cataract and Refractive Surgery accounts, managing Certified Surgical Technologists and Refractive Laser Engineers. Previously, Bill held positions including Mobile Operations Manager and Senior Operations Specialist, working extensively in surgical technician roles across various states. Bill's early career includes critical roles in the US Army as a Combat Medic and Surgical Technician. Bill is a Certified Ophthalmology Assistant and has also studied Applied Computer Science and General Studies.
