Arthur Ryan

Arthur Ryan is a seasoned law enforcement professional with extensive experience, including serving as Deputy Superintendent of Police for the City of Lowell from 1984 to 2016. They began their career as a patrol officer and rose through the ranks, ultimately commanding operations in their final role. Ryan also held an adjunct professor position at UMass Lowell from 2008 to 2012, teaching Police Leadership and Management. Currently, they are the Regional Director of Law Enforcement Relations at LensLock, Inc, a position they have held since 2022. Ryan's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration from Western New England College and various certificates from prestigious institutions such as Harvard University and the FBI National Academy.
