Robin van Ruitenbeek

Robin van Ruitenbeek is a Technical Lead and Co-founder at Lensor since May 2021, focusing on advancing automated vehicle inspections through computer vision technology. Currently pursuing a PhD in Computer Vision at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam since February 2020, Robin also has experience as an Artificial Intelligence Specialist at Pon from July 2017 to May 2021, concentrating on deep learning applications in computer vision and natural language processing. Prior roles include a Data Scientist at Pon, where Robin integrated internal and external data to tackle various projects, and a Deep Learning Intern, developing an automated vehicle inspection system. Educational achievements include a Master’s in Business Analytics (Cum laude) and a Bachelor’s in Business Analytics (Cum laude) from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, alongside a minor at The University of Manchester. Early career roles included tutoring and customer service positions.
