Maxim Nikora

Maxim Nikora is an IT Infrastructure Director at Lenta, where they have been leading IT landscape strategy and infrastructure projects since 2020. With over 15 years of experience in IT, Maxim has previously held roles such as Infrastructure Architect and Head of IT-Infrastructure Department at Lenta, managing significant projects and enhancing corporate IT-infrastructure. Prior to this, they worked as a System Administrator at CJSC Multon and as an Infrastructure Consultant at Microsoft, providing expert solutions for enterprise clients. Maxim holds an Engineer's degree in Plasma and Gas Dynamics from Baltic State Technical University and is an alumnus of Microsoft Services University in IT consulting.
