Steve Johnson

Steve Johnson is the current Chairman at Lenta. Prior to this, they were a Partner at Agilisys from February 2018 to February 2019, leading the Strategic Consulting and Robotics practices providing solutions to clients across sectors in digital transformation to radically reduce costs and create high quality, real time customer experiences which form the basis of productive long term relationships.

From November 2013 to May 2017, Steve was the Director of Direct Services at Macmillan Cancer Support, where they were responsible for the national telephone support line offering clinical, financial and practical support to over 150,000 customers; the mobile infomation service helping over 75,000 customers and grants payments to 33,000 customers. Steve also led the Infomation Development services creating web content, new media services and publications to over 3m customers. In addition, they were the Programme Director for a major transformational programme to radically redesign the structure and delivery of Macmillan's £145m servcie delivery operations.

Steve Johnson has a Master of Science in Consulting and Coaching for Change from HEC School of Management / HEC Paris, a Master of Science in Consulting and Change from University of Oxford - Said Business School, and a Doctor of Management Studies in Management Studies from Greenwich School of Management.
