Gregg Einfalt

Gregg Einfalt is the president and a senior partner. He joins Lentech after 18 successful years growing Arctic Slope Regional Corporation (ASRC) Federal, a large federal services company supporting defense, civil, and commercial customers. He provides strategic focus and implementation to leverage and expand Lentech capabilities with existing customers and into new markets.

Mr. Einfalt most recently was ASRC Federal Engineering and Aerospace Solutions operating group president with responsibility over several subsidiaries and over $250 million per year in government services across a broad spectrum of civil and defense agencies. In his role as operating group president, Mr. Einfalt focused on delivering space systems multi-discipline engineering, integration, test and evaluation, and operations and maintenance solutions to multiple customers including NASA, NOAA, the Department of Defense, and intelligence customers.

Mr. Einfalt has over 25 years of engineering and management experience in the aerospace and aviation services sectors. Prior to his role as operating group president, he was president of ASRC Federal Research and Technology Solutions, which provides engineering and information technology services to NASA, NOAA, the FAA, and the Department of Defense. As president, he implemented a strategic plan that grew the company from two staff members to over 750 employees in a four-year period. Prior to this, Mr. Enfalt led the space systems engineering and operations business line for Omitron Inc. Mr. Einfalt holds a bachelor’s degree in areospace engineering from the University of Maryland.
