Andreas Wester

Andreas Wester has extensive experience in the field of procurement and supply chain management. Andreas began their career in 2015 at Archroma, where they held the positions of Head of Indirect Procurement and later Chief Procurement Officer. In 2021, they joined Gurit as the Chief Procurement Officer before moving to Lenzing Group as Vice President of Global Purchasing. Currently, they hold the role of Senior Vice President Global Supply Chain/Purchasing at Lenzing Group.

Andreas Wester obtained a Master of Engineering (Diplom Bauingenieurwesen) degree from Technische Universität Dresden from 1995 to 2001. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same university, completing it from 1996 to 2001.
