Michael Andermark is an experienced finance leader with a strong background in multinational organizations. At WABCO, Michael served as Finance Leader for the EMEA Region and Head of Finance for the Americas from September 2018 to December 2021, overseeing finance operations across North and South America. Michael's prior roles at WABCO included Finance Leader of Truck, Bus, and Car Division, where the focus was on supply chain operations, and Global BU Finance Leader for Wheel End Solution and Compression & Braking. Additionally, Michael held responsibilities as Finance Leader for Product Engineering, supporting a significant engineering function. At ZF Group, Michael occupied the position of VP Controlling and FP&A for the CVCS Division and as VP, Head of Finance EMEA for the Commercial Vehicle Division. Currently, Michael is serving as VP of Corporate Controlling at Lenzing Group. Michael holds a FH-Diploma in Business/Commerce from Fachhochschule Vechta and a Bachelor of Arts from Leibniz-Akademie.
