Leo companies are a group of people-first businesses united by a shared commitment to care, responsiveness, and resilience. What began as a series of regional powerhouses has evolved into a national force built on trust, grit, and operational excellence. We are building a platform from which multiple brands can serve specific audiences, geographies, and needs.

Our hybrid delivery model combines local self-perform field expertise with a vetted national service partner network to deliver consistent service quality, better financial outcomes, and control across every market.
