Kyle Kidd

Kyle Kidd is a partner at Leo Berwick, where they specialize in M&A advisory for energy, renewables, infrastructure, and private equity. Previously, they served as a managing director in mergers and acquisitions tax at KPMG US from 2011 to 2022. Kyle holds a BBA in Accounting and a MACC from the University of Oklahoma - Price College of Business, where they completed their studies from 2006 to 2010.
