Leo Partners was the very first - and remains the only - executive search and talent acquisition firm solely dedicated to recruiting parametric insurance professionals globally.

We are fully committed to the world of parametric insurance - this is the core reason our global client base chooses to work with us.

We are recognised by our expansive and ever-growing global network of parametric professionals as the market leaders.

We also partner with carriers, investors and incubators supporting them in sourcing business plans and senior talent for building new parametric and other specialty ventures.

At Leo Partners, we understand the pivotal role that leadership and experienced professionals play in steering organisations towards a sustainable and resilient future. Our mission is to partner with businesses worldwide that are committed to making a positive impact on the planet, society, and the economy.

The backbone of our client portfolio includes:
🌎 Parametric (Re)Insurers, MGAs, Brokers, Technology & Data Providers
🌎 Climate Technologies, Geospatial & GIS, Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence (AI)
🌎 Sourcing & Shaping Parametric & Specialty MGA/Us for Carriers, Investors and Incubators

We operate on a retained basis for leadership hires and a non-retained basis for lower-level roles. We offer a highly specialised professional service which means we only take on recruitment mandates on an exclusive basis.

We also offer our clients access to a pool of highly specialised parametric insurance advisors who operate on a daily rate basis or pro-rated basis, depending on your needs.

If you would like to explore how we can support your next career move in parametric insurance or help you hire permanent or interim parametric talent for your team, please contact our Founder, Tom Short, via tom.short@leo-partners.co.uk / +44 (0)7917 353363.
