Michael Walker

Michael Walker has a diverse work experience in law enforcement and government agencies. Michael started their career as a Police Officer at the City of Watsonville, where they worked in uniformed patrol and the Gang Detective unit. Michael then joined the State of California Department of Justice as a Special Agent, conducting covert investigations against prison gangs, organized crime groups, and drug trafficking organizations. After that, they worked at the Watsonville Police Department as part of the Gang Intelligence Unit, where they monitored gang trends, validated gang members, and provided consultation on gang investigations. Michael also served as a Gang Intelligence Specialist/Investigator at the Monterey County Sheriff's Office, providing gang intelligence and investigative support to jail operations. Michael later became the Executive Director of the Central Coast Gang Investigator Association, where they coordinated training, monitored membership, and authored association policies. Michael then worked as a Contract Employee - Special Litigative Consultant/Subject Matter Expert at the United States Attorney's Office, providing expert opinion and consulting on prosecutorial matters related to organized crime groups. Currently, they are the Director of Operations at LeoTech, where they maintain executive relationships with law enforcement agencies, oversees the IT infrastructure, and manages personnel responsible for account integration and other deployment matters.

Michael Walker earned their Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration from Union Institute & University.
