Harmen Overdijk

Harmen Overdijk has extensive work experience in the finance industry. Harmen is currently the Chief Investment Officer at Leo Capital Corp, a role they have held since July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Founding Partner at Leo Wealth from February 2017.

Before joining Leo Wealth, Harmen worked as the Managing Partner at CAIDAO | WEALTH from September 2014 to February 2017. Harmen also served as the Head of Investments, Asia at EFG Asset Management from May 2012 to August 2014, and as a Senior Vice President at EFG Bank from October 2008 to April 2012.

Harmen Overdijk had previous roles at Fortis Bank, where they held the positions of Senior Managing Director, Managing Director Investments, and Managing Director Investment Research & Strategy between June 2005 and March 2008.

Earlier in their career, Harmen worked at MeesPierson as the Chief Investment Officer Asia from 2002 to 2005 and as an Investment Analyst from September 1998 to June 2002. Harmen also had a brief trainee role at Robeco Asset Management in 1998.

Harmen Overdijk holds a Msc degree in Economics from Tilburg University, which they obtained between 1992 and 1998. Later, they attended the Investment Management Workshop at the Harvard Business School in 2004, acquiring executive education in that field. Furthermore, they received a Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute in 2002.
