Mariya Koval serves as the HR & Recruiting Director at Leobit since December 2018 and is a Visiting Lecturer at the Lviv Business School of UCU since October 2018. Previously, Mariya held the position of Head of the HR department at RubyGarage from April 2017 to August 2018 and led the Talent Management Office at ELEKS Software from February 2008 to June 2016, also serving as HR Lead and HR-manager during that time. Early career experience includes working as a Psychologist at a kindergarten from September 2006 to February 2008, focusing on psychological diagnostics and consultation. Mariya Koval earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Ivan Franko National University of Lviv (2002-2007) and is currently pursuing postgraduate studies in Psychology at the same institution while also attending UCU Business School.
