Tom Molinski

Tom Molinski has held various roles in business development, technology, and sales throughout their career. Currently, Tom serves as the Head of Business Development at Leonardo Canada - Electronics, where Tom is responsible for providing Electronic Warfare threat analysis and modeling. Prior to this, Tom held the position of Director of Technology at LRO Staffing, where Tom led the IT Contracting Team. Tom has also worked as an Account Executive at Aerotek and American Income Life Insurance Company, focusing on technical recruiting and sales management. Tom's background also includes experience in athletic training and sales at Family Physiotherapy and Lacroix Sports Ottawa. Tom holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology from Carleton University.
