David Case

David Case is a Principal Systems Engineer at Leonardo DRS, where they develop test plans and coordinate with various engineering teams to troubleshoot system issues. They have a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Methodist University and a BS in Mathematics with an Applied Physics concentration from the University of Dallas. Previously, David worked as a Research Assistant at Southern Methodist University, contributing to the development of custom magnetic fluid-based dampers, and as a Teaching Assistant, where they supported student design teams. With a passion for engineering and a dedication to lifelong learning, they continually seek to expand their skill set across various technical domains.
