Tim Fields

Tim Fields is an accomplished professional with a strong background in operations and leadership within the defense and aerospace industries. Since December 2015, Tim has served as Vice President and Site Leader at Leonardo DRS, having previously held the position of Director of Operations. Prior experience includes roles as Director of Product Lines and Program Manager at General Atomics from May 2012 to November 2015, as well as a focus on Continuous Improvement at Northrop Grumman from 2008 to 2012. Tim's career began at General Electric, where Tim worked as a Blackbelt from 1991 to 2008. Tim Fields holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University, obtained between 2000 and 2004.
