Andrew Pearson is currently the Chief Engineer Design Integrity for the Air Systems Line of Business at Leonardo, a position held since 2016. Prior to this role, they served as an Engineering Manager and Systems Design Authority for the UK Mode 5 IFF programme at Leonardo from 2015 to 2016. Andrew also has experience as a Hardware Team Leader at Selex Galileo from 2008 to 2011, and as a Hardware Engineer at BAE Systems Avionics Limited from 2001 to 2008. They earned a BEng in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from The University of Manchester between 1997 and 2000.
