Andrew Wright

Andrew Wright is an accomplished leader in technical service management and operational excellence, currently serving as the Head of Technical Service Management at Leonardo since April 2024. Previously, Andrew held significant roles at Barclays from November 2018 to April 2024, including Contact Centers - Risk and Control Lead and Head of Fraud, where responsibilities encompassed risk management, fraud strategy creation, and stakeholder engagement. Earlier in the career, Andrew served as Chief Operating Officer at HSB Engineering Insurance, focusing on IT leadership and business assurance, and managed various operations at other institutions including RBS and BNY Mellon.
