Prior roles include Director of Business Operations and Programmes Director at GE Aviation, managing significant programs for Boeing products, and Head of Programmes at United Technologies, overseeing multiple project managers. Andy's career began at Goodrich ISR Systems as a Senior Programme Manager, focusing on high-value program delivery. Academic qualifications include an MBA from the University of Bath and an MSc from The University of Sheffield.
